Food Trucks Gaining Popularity in Fargo

Just in time for summer, more and more food trucks are gaining popularity and calling the streets of Fargo home.

Two of them woke up on the Valley Today this morning to share some of their fair and show us why more and more people are craving food trucks.

Verdis' Italian Market has been around for about a year and was one of the first downtown food trucks. Specializing in everything from homemade sauce and meatballs to Italian beef sandwiches and fired cheese ravioli.

Anthony Verdi's truck can't be missed, painted like an Italian flag traveling around the F-M area. To find out where the truck will be next and to learn more click the link to the right.

Another downtown staple, is the Taco Brothers truck, run by Octavio Gomez. There you'll find everything from homemade tacos to burritos, even a "trust you bro" platter, Leaving your taste buds up to Gomez.

The Tacos Brothers truck is open Monday through Saturday and located on Roberts St. in downtown Fargo, directly west of the Empire.
