A Texas man is in jail after a fight at the Red River Valley Fair Tuesday night.

The Cass County Sheriff's office says an argument between the man and a co-worker escalated into a physical fight, and the victim was hit with a hammer.

He was treated for injuries but deputies don't believe he was seriously hurt.
