Valley Today Golf Lesson: Weight Shift

This week we talked with PGA Certified Head Professional Lisa Schwinden from Osgood Golf Course in Fargo about having the proper weight shift.

When you finish your swing you want to have all your weight on your front foot with your hips and shoulders pointed at the target.

It's a great tip for beginners because shifting your weight the right way will help you get the ball in the air.
