BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A Bismarck teenager faces 28 charges for allegedly burglarizing and vandalizing several businesses in the city last year.
The case of 17-year-old Devin O'Fallon has been moved from juvenile court to adult court, where a complaint in the case was filed Thursday. O'Fallon has not yet made an appearance in district court.
Four other juveniles were implicated in the case and identified by initials in the complaint against O'Fallon. But their cases have not been moved to district court. Juvenile cases are sealed from the public.
Court records show the crimes resulted in more than $67,000 in stolen property and damages to businesses.
