Man Arrested for Burglarizing Shops in Crookston Last Summer

July of last summer, two shops in Crookston were burglarized and police have caught up with the burglar.  On July 11 and 12 of 2012, Montague's Floral Shop was burglarized two times and the Rainbow Coffee House was burglarized once.

During this investigation, the Crookston Police Department asked for the public's help by releasing some video footage of the suspect entering and exiting the Rainbow Coffee House. Christopher Leo Stanley Munter, 20, developed as a suspect and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On Wednesday, June 26, Munter will make his first appearance in the Ninth Judicial District Court in Crookston for one count of Burglary in the First Degree of the Rainbow Coffee House; two counts of Burglary in the Second Degree of Montague's Floral Shop; and one count of Criminal Damage to Property in the Fourth Degree.
