Rivers are going up in the valley after Tuesday night's heavy rainfall.

Clay, AT 5:30 AM WEDNESDAY THE STAGE WAS 14.0 FEET.   FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL RISE TO A CREST NEAR 20.5 FEET SOMETIME EARLY SATURDAY MORNING THEN BEGIN FALLING.
