BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - West Regional Medical Group in Bismarck plans to break ground on a 16-acre medical park by the end of the year.
The park on the city's north side will include six office buildings for private medical and dental services and a surgery center.
Company CEO Lindsay Bartch says medical and dental offices in Bismarck are currently spread out across town and this would bring those services together in one place.
Bartch says the concept of a medical park is new to western North Dakota, but is common practice in many parts of the country.
The West Regional Medical group was formed over a year ago.
