North Fargo Domestic Assault Sends One to the Hospital

Fargo Police are investigating a domestic assault that sent one to the hospital just after 8:00 Tuesday morning.

Police responded to the Riviera Heights Trailer Park which is just east of Hector International Airport for a report of a domestic at 1033 Gibraltor Ave.

One female was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, after she told police she was knocked un-conscious after being struck in the head and woke up with a ligature around her neck. 

Fargo Police, with the help of Cass County Deputy's tracked down the suspect at his work place in Horace. He agreed to come in for questioning, where he was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
