Water Starting To Go Down On ND Roads

Posted: Updated:

The recent heavy rain has caused more roads to flood in North Dakota, but some are starting to reopen. The North Dakota Department of Transportation says water on Highway 18, one mile south of the Fordville junction, has receded and is open for travel. Highway 200, two miles east of Bowdon, still has water on the roadway. Also, the shoulder on the northbound lane of US highway 83, approximately nine miles north of  Max, has some water on it. Traffic is allowed in all areas, but at reduced speeds. However, Highway 200, four miles east of Hurdsfield, is still closed from the flooding.
