BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - The North Dakota Department of Transportation says water is on both the eastbound and westbound lanes of Interstate 94 about three miles west of Jamestown.
The department says drivers should slow down, watch for signs or flaggers and use caution because vehicles that leave the roadway may become immersed in water.
The National Weather Service says Jamestown has received more than 2 inches of rain in the last 24 hours.
