Several Moorhead Road and Safety Projects Start Monday

Posted: Updated:

City of Moorhead Release:

There will be several road construction projects occurring in Moorhead this summer beginning Monday May 20 and extending through September (weather permitting).

These state and local projects will improve traffic conditions and safety.

It is not expected that Highway 10 or Highway 75 will close, but the City of Moorhead asks the public's patience with occasional delays and lane closures while these improvements are underway.

Short-term closures of Fourth Street and Fifth Street at the railroad tracks north of Main Avenue may be required.

Truck traffic going through Moorhead on Highway 10 is strongly encouraged to use to I-94 between West Fargo and Highway 336.

Businesses in these areas will remain open, and the City of Moorhead asks that the public continue to support these establishments during the construction.
