Posted: Updated:

A Minnesota truck driver who pleaded not guilty to manslaughter in a fatal crash in North Dakota is scheduled to change that plea Monday.

James Toner, of Long Prairie, is accused of causing a crash in Fargo last June that killed motorcyclist Jason Viestenz and injured his 10-year-old son.

Toner was to go on trial in April but now is set to plead guilty.

Prosecutor Cherie Clark declined comment on the plea deal.
