ND Sets Dates for Deer Season

Posted: Updated:

Dates have been set for North Dakota's two-week deer gun hunting season in the fall.

The North Dakota Game and Fish Department says the season will start at noon on November 8th and run through November 24th.

The state is issuing a little over 59,000 licenses this year.

That's down 9% from last year and the lowest number in three decades.

The drop reflects a tough winter that has been hard on the animals.
