Williston Man Faces 14 Charges In Thefts

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A 19-year-old Williston man accused of robbing two businesses and then ramming vehicles into two other businesses faces 14 charges.
    
The Bismarck Tribune reports that Calum Kinstler has been accused of ramming a vehicle into Ryan Motors and stealing a vehicle. He is also accused with ramming a vehicle into MonDak Motorsports and leading police on a chase before he left the vehicle and escaped on foot.  He was arrested when he later reported the vehicle used in the second ramming as stolen.
    
Kinstler also is charged with robberies at two gas stations.
    
He has been charged with robbery, theft, criminal mischief, fleeing or attempting to elude police, burglary and attempted burglary, carrying a concealed weapon, making false reports to law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia.
