Moorhead Police executed a narcotics search warrant at 1601 8th Street South and arrested a man for having drugs and guns.

Korey Paul Okke, 25, was taken into custody without incident and has since posted bail on Clay County charges of Felony 5th Degree Controlled Substance Possession with intent to distribute, Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Police seized approximately 1 pound of Medicinal Marijuana along with packaging for over 100 pounds of marijuana.  A loaded 12 gauge shotgun and loaded .22 caliber revolver.

During the course of the investigation, authorities found the marijuana that Okke was receiving was coming from California.  The marijuana that we seized has ties to a recent Moorhead case where the source of supply of the medicinal marijuana is believed to have been grown by a person licensed in California to grow it.
