BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota woman who authorities say was upset about abortion legislation is accused of threatening to kill a state lawmaker. Nicolette Knudson, of Lidgerwood, allegedly called Bismarck Republican Senator Margaret Sitte at 3 a.m. on February 27 and threatened to kill her.

Knudson was arrested Wednesday after an investigation by state Capitol security and faces a felony charge of threatening a public servant, along with drug charges.

Sitte has supported anti-abortion measures that have been passed by the Legislature and signed by Governor Jack Dalrymple.
