Dishcrawl Debuts in Fargo

It's like a pub crawl, but instead of going bar to bar and trying new drinks. You travel restaurant to restaurant and try new dishes.

Tonight marks the first ever Dischcrawl debuting in Downtown Fargo at four different restaurants. Each restaurant will give crawlers a taste of something they may not normally try and feature a different course along the way.

The crawl kicks off at Rhombus Guys who will be serving the appetizer course, crawlers then move on to try the soup course, the entire course will be served at The Beefsteak Club, and finally crawlers will head out for a dessert course.

Two of the restaurants aren't being reveled until tonight's crawl, to keep the surprise element alive and encourage people to try new places.

Beefsteak Club Head Chef, Scott Motschenbacher, woke up early with the Valley Today to share what's on their menu tonight. Motschenbacher, will feature a toasted walnut and smoked duck ravioli, lobster corn dog, and crostini with prime rib and tomato heirloom topped with a quail egg.

Tickets for tonight's crawl are $45 a person and include all food at all four stops along with tax and gratuity.
