VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., March 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- IssueTrak, a global leader in providing software for tracking business processes and operations, has elected Silicon Valley marketing veteran Steve Franzese to its board of directors. Franzese, who has championed growth initiatives throughout his career, complements the existing financial and technical strengths already on the board.

As vice president of eMarketing at Palm, Inc., Franzese significantly expanded their profitable online store. I am excited to see energized employees focused on success and I am committed to work with the management team to support planned growth initiatives in 2013 and beyond."
