"I'm very pleased to join the IssueTrak Board," said Franzese. "The company has an incredible opportunity to add value in multiple industries with its innovative solutions. I am excited to see energized employees focused on success and I am committed to work with the management team to support planned growth initiatives in 2013 and beyond."
