MORRISTOWN, N.J., March 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Executives International (FEI), the association of choice for CFOs and other senior-level finance executives, announced today that it will host its annual Summit Leadership conference on May 4-6, 2013. For more than 80 years, the FEI Summit has brought together more than 800 CFOs, VPs of finance, treasurers, controllers, and internal auditors from around the world for dynamic leadership discussions, networking and valuable workshops. This year's Summit Leadership Conference will be held at Caesars Palace Las Vegas in Nevada. FEI also announced its annual call for nominations for the 2013 Hall of Fame class, which honors outstanding achievements and commitment to leadership in finance.
Respected keynote speakers that will be featured at the 2013 Summit include the Honorable Ron Johnson, the United States Senator for Wisconsin, Tom Linebarger, Chairman and CEO of Cummins Inc., the largest independent maker of diesel engines and related products in the world, and Michael Maslansky, CEO of Maslansky Luntz & Partners and author of Language of Trust: Selling Ideas in a World of Skeptic.
Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, the author or editor of 32 books, including the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestsellers, MOJO and What Got You Here Won't Get You There, will deliver the opening keynote address, in which he will provide practical strategies for redefining careers and maintaining success. The educational sessions offered at this Summit will focus on the challenges facing senior financial executives today in the areas of executive leadership and development, corporate finance strategies, and finance and information technology.

For the eighth consecutive year, the FEI Hall of Fame will recognize individuals who epitomize the performance, leadership and integrity of the most exemplary financial executives throughout their careers. FEI will accept nominations for the 2013 Hall of Fame through April 1st. Last year's inductees to the Hall of Fame included William J. Ihlanfeldt, Hans G. Storr, Robert P. Wayman and John K. Wulff.
Participation in the FEI Hall of Fame is open to FEI members and nonmembers. Nominations can be submitted online at www.feihall.org. Selection criteria include: individual and organizational performance, leadership, integrity, innovation, and community involvement. The 2013 class will be inducted at the annual FEI Hall of Fame black tie gala on Monday, November 18 at Gotham Hall in New York City.
