ND Man Pleads Guilty For His Role In Gang Fight

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota man has pleaded guilty for his role in a gang fight on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.
32-year-old Joey White Eagle, of Fort Totten, is charged with assault for the April 2010 melee.
Federal court documents show that White Eagle used a metal bar or bat during the fight, which took place on the South Dakota side of the reservation.
Sentencing is scheduled for June 3 in Aberdeen, S.D.
