(NYSE: RFP) (TSX: RFP) announced today that it will hold its annual meeting of stockholders on Thursday, May 16, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), at the Valhalla Inn, Scandia meeting room, 1 Valhalla Inn Road, Thunder Bay, Ontario.
