Applebee's known as your neighborhood friendly grill. But after the restaurant on 45th street in Fargo's latest inspection from the health department, they received 7 different health code violations. Debris was found near the dumpster, on the floor under the ice makers, around fryers and the walk in freezer, as well as the floor drain and ladies restrooms.

The regional manager tells us, that all of these violations are taken seriously and addressed immediately . All of these violations were cited as non critical.

But over at the Northern Gentleman's Club, they were cited with one critical violation but one that has been repeated 3 different times. They don't seem to be properly date marking opened bags of cut leafy greens. The restaurant was also cited for dust debris located on the exhaust hood.

But at Papa Murphy's on 15th street ,there last 3 inspections have come up with absolutely no violations that's why they are receiving the Clean Plate award.
