Hit and Run Leaves License Plate Behind

Posted: Updated:

Fargo police say a hit-and-run driver was tracked down, in part, because of something he left at the scene of the crash at Main Ave. and Broadway in Fargo.

Eric Dahl, 22 was cited early Monday morning for leaving the scene of an accident and driving under suspension.

Police say one of Dahl's license plates fell off during the crash, so they were pretty sure of who they were looking for.

No one was hurt, but the vehicle that was hit suffered heavy damage.
