Suit's For A Cause

Posted: Updated:

Choosing the right outfit for a job interview may be hard, but paying for one can be too.  Dress For Success helps provide lower income women affordable work outfits.

The program supports women going in or re-entering the workplace. Dress For Success provides not only work appropriate outfits, but also a support system for women in need.

One location for drop offs is Dress Barn in West Fargo. Sunday they received over 60 donations of gently used suits, shoes and purses.

Assistant Manager Amanda Musha says it's important to give back to the community. "Well it's very important, unfortunately there's a lot of women out there who are unable to buy a wardrobe for a job interview, or if they do get a job have the appropriate clothing to wear. So we definitely want to make sure they have that." Amanda says.

Dress Barn takes gently used items all year round for Dress For Success.
