Time To Remove Fish Houses

Posted: Updated:

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - North Dakota Game and Fish Department officials say it's time to get fish houses off the ice.

The department has set a deadline of midnight Friday for anglers to remove permanent shelters.

The department's Water Safety Coordinator, Nancy Boldt tells the Grand Forks Herald that ice conditions can change quickly during mild weather.

Anglers can continue to use portable fish houses as long as they're removed daily.
