Prosecutors Charge 6 People In ND Meth Conspiracy

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Six people are accused in a North Dakota methamphetamine conspiracy.

Patrick Hofstad, Laura Makeeff, Henry Gipp, Nathan Fehl-Haber, Robert Martell and Grant Grensteiner are charged in federal court with conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver controlled substances. Authorities say the operation involved more than 500 grams of meth.  

Gipp is also charged with possession by a convicted felon.

Hofstad, Makeeff, Martell and Grensteiner have pleaded not guilty. Gipp and Fehl-Harber are scheduled to be arraigned next week.
