Healthier Me: Coping with Daylight Saving Time

We "spring forward" one hour this weekend. That seems simple enough, but in Friday's Healthier Me, that one little hour time change does a number on our mood and sleep habits.

 

Here's some advice for coping mentally with daylight saving time.

 

  1. Remember it signals the beginning of longer days and more daylight to get things done.
  2. Even though the loss of an hour now may make you grumpy, more mood-boosting sunlight is on the way.

 

 

So, remember to turn your clocks forward one hour before you go to sleep on Saturday night!
