We "spring forward" one hour this weekend. That seems simple enough, but in Friday's Healthier Me, that one little hour time change does a number on our mood and sleep habits.

- Even though the loss of an hour now may make you grumpy, more mood-boosting sunlight is on the way.
So, remember to turn your clocks forward one hour before you go to sleep on Saturday night!
