North Korea Threatening to "Nuke" the U.S.

The world is watching this one: North Korea is furious and is threatening the United States with a pre-emptive nuclear strike. It's a sharp increase in the level of rhetoric by the North against the U.S. and comes as the United Nations Security Council considers news sanctions against the reclusive country.

North Korea is accusing the United States of using military drills in South Korea as a launch pad for a nuclear war. Today's threats come just days after the country's top generals said North Korea has scrapped its armistice with the United States and South Korea that ended hostilities in the 1950-53 Korean War.
