MAUMEE, Ohio, March 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Andersons, Inc. (NasdaqGS:ANDE) today announced a second quarter 2013 cash dividend of 16 cents ($0.16) per share payable April 22, 2013, to shareholders of record on April 1, 2013.

This is The Andersons' 66th consecutive quarterly cash dividend since its listing on the Nasdaq on February 20, 1996. There are approximately 18.7 million common shares outstanding.
