MAUMEE, Ohio, March 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Andersons, Inc. (NasdaqGS:ANDE) today announced a second quarter 2013 cash dividend of 16 cents ($0.16) per share payable April 22, 2013, to shareholders of record on April 1, 2013.

This is The Andersons' 66^th consecutive quarterly cash dividend since its listing on the Nasdaq on February 20, 1996. There are approximately 18.7 million common shares outstanding.
