It's been a staple in Downtown Fargo for ten years now, opening in 2003 Nichole's Fine Pastry has been serving up decadent treats sure to please any sweet tooth.

The staff at Nichole's woke up early this morning to show the Valley Today's, John Trierweiler how they make some of their tastiest treats. Baking everything from twice baked almond croissants, to lemon curd tarts, even chocolate feuilletine cake.

Nichole Hensen has owned her shop for the past ten years but has been baking for almost twenty. Learning her skill from some of the best at the Culinary Institute of America's Pastry and Baking school in Central California.
