Fans Chant About NC State Player's Deceased Grandma

Posted: Updated:

On Thursday night, the Duke Blue Devils topped the NC State Wolfpack 98-85. No one is talking about the score today, though, because the focus is on the Cameron Crazies; it sounds like the student section chanted "HOW'S YOUR GRANDMA?" when NC State's Tyler Lewis, whose grandmother passed away last week, went to the line in the second half. The chant was heard clearly not just on the video, but also by fans in the stands, including Lewis' own father.
