Trial dates are set for the two men accused of murdering a Montana high school teacher.
Sherry Arnold was out for a morning run near her home in Sidney, Montana, when she disappeared last January. Her body was found more than two months later.
Lester Van Waters, Jr., is scheduled for trial in November; Michael Spell's is January of next year. Both have pleaded not guilty. The Colorado men each face one count of deliberate homicide and attempted kidnapping.
Prosecutors have said they intend to seek the death penalty if the defendants are convicted.
