Man Injured in Farm Accident

     Otter Tail County Deputies responded to a report of a farm accident west of Erhard early Monday morning. It happened at Tollerud Farms, located at 37541 150th Avenue in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota.

     While doing morning farm chores, 32-year-old Travis Tollerud walked between a tractor and a parked pickup. The tractor, having been started just moments earlier, went into gear and pinned Travis against the pickup.

     Travis was taken to Fergus Falls Hospital with injuries to his pelvis and legs. The extent of the injuries is not known but is believed to be non-life-threatening.

     Rothsay Fire and Rescue responded to the scene along with Pelican Rapids Ambulance.
