Eat What You Want And Get Healthy

Posted: Updated:

Do you ever wish you could burn fat while eating and drinking all day? Well according to a New York Times best selling author and nutritionist that is possible.  Mark MacDonald wrote the book 'Body Confidence' to encourage people to be happy with their body and with their health.

Today he held a seminar in Fargo to do just that. People learned what their anti-oxidant levels were, which are an important part of your system that fights health related diseases. Mark says people need to make a mind set shift off dieting and concentrating on getting healthy.

"There's a huge difference between eating healthy and eating correctly, so an apple's healthy, but an apply by itself will spike your blood sugar, and then you'll crash. That's why every meal needs a balance of protein, fat, carbohydrates, that's eating correctly, that's stabilizing your blood sugar, that's balancing your hormones and that's how you achieve permanent weight loss." Mark says. His goal for everyone in 2013 is to be healthier.
