Posted: Updated:

The man who held a teen hostage in southeastern South Dakota is in custody.
He led authorities on a three-county chase before holing up in his grandmother's home.
Turner County Sheriff says the 32-year-old suspect was arrested last night.
SWAT officers shot pepper spray into the home before capturing him.
The man had told officers he was armed but it's not clear if a weapon was found.
Authorities say the suspect's mother called them Monday morning saying he was hiding out in his grandmother's house.
A 15-year-old female relative of the suspect was held hostage for several hours, but was released unharmed.

Police have not released the suspect's name.
