Layaway Angels Help Families

Posted: Updated:

Some Fargo shoppers got an early Christmas present from some angels. At Kmart people can buy presents now and pay them later on layaway. But for some lucky shoppers a layaway angel paid off their contracts. The amount added up to three thousand dollars total.

Store manager Nick Bosh says no matter the amount layaway angels paid off, all costumers are happy and very thankful. "That was fantastic, and when costumers came in to pick up their layaways, they were overwhelmed with joy, I mean there actually were tears." Bosh says.

The items paid off on the bills were mostly children's items. And for some shoppers this kind act meant a lot  because they may not have been able to afford new gifts this year.
