A man is in the Cass County Jail this morning after leading West Fargo Police on a "low speed chase" of about 20 MPH from West Fargo up I-29 to Harwood.
The driver Ali Hashi, 30, from Fargo, ND, was stopped because of extreme weaving across both eastbound lanes of 13th Avenue and no drivers side tail-light.
Police say the first attempt to stop Hashi with nail boards failed, but a second try flattened both front tires.
The driver continued to take the Harwood exit and travel over I-29's overpass.
By time the man had reached the I-29 north bound exit he reached speed 50 mph.
To stop him from going the wrong direction of traffic, police boxed him in.
He was arrested and now faces a number of charges, including DUI and fleeing an officer.
