Santa Visits the Fargo Force

Posted: Updated:

A special holiday guest has been filling his time in Fargo by visiting us here at valley news live, going to Macy's at west acres, and now he's hanging out with the Fargo force.

Santa Claus got to drop the puck at the force hockey game. It's for the make a wish benefit Saturday night, where one dollar from each ticket sold goes towards the foundation. If it's a sell out crowd then an additional 50 cents goes to the foundation. Make a wish helps children with life-threatening medical conditions by granting their wishes.

"Oh we have felt so welcome on our whole trip here, everyone has just been over the top! ho ho ho-ho. We're so glad that we made Fargo first on our trip!" says Santa Clause.  Santa is continuing his trip across the U.S. to raise money for the make a wish foundation, their next stop is Aurora, Illinois.
