Bowls for Babies

Posted: Updated:

In North Dakota... Nine-point-nine percent of babies are born premature every year, and today, Essentia health hosted an event to help fight against that.

Bowls were decorated for the March of Dimes event: Bowls for Babies. They will be glazed and then used for the December 5th soup lunch, where proceeds go to the March of Dimes mission to save babies and fight prematurity.

Preterm birth is the leading cause of death for newborns in the United States.
