In tonight's HealthierMe, three NFL quarterbacks got concussions this weekend, placing this sometimes unidentified injury back in the spotlight.

You don't have to pass out to have a concussion. Doctor Kathy Weber says that's where trainers come in and are key with players, since they know them. Athletes and parents should know the warning signs and the seriousness of concussions.

Rest is also a crucial part of concussion recovery, and doctors warn that getting a second concussion too soon after the first can make things much worse -- another reason to stay off the playing field.
