Police Investigate Man for Tattooing Teenage Girls

KFGO - News -

A search warrant affidavit obtained by KFGO news says a man has been illegally providing tattoos to underage girls in his Moorhead apartment.

Court documents say the man, who is known as "Monster," took photos of the girls' tattoos and transferred the images to his computer. The affidavit mentions three victims, but one of the girls told police that "Monster" has a reputation for providing tattoos to "many students" at Fargo South High School. Police seized cameras, computers, a cell phone, and tattoo supplies from the man's apartment.

Fargo police and Clay County prosecutors say they've been notified about the investigation. Charges have not yet been filed.
