We had a big night of volleyball in Fargo as the EDC tournament got underway. The Shanley Deacons won 5 of their last 6 to take the top spot in the tournament, and they hosted Grand Forks Central tonight.
Tied at 4 in the second set, Haley Norton served for the Knights and it was a big kill by Alivia Fraase.
Next, GF Central's Jess Longtin put it past Shanley defenders and had them falling all over the floor. The set was tied at 12.
When Fraase served again, Carly Mickelson jumped up high to tip it over the next for a Deacon point, and Shanley beat GFC, 3-1.
