Busy day of Minnesota section championships at the Fargodome.
For section 6, Ada-Borup took on Nevis.
Starting in the first quarter with the Tigers on the 27 yard line, Collin Huckbody launched the ball way down field to Gerald Beckerleg, and Beckerleg took it in for a 73 yard touch down -- a huge play to put them up 6-0.
Later, still in the first, the Cougars handed off to Lance Ruebke, and he brings it in for a touchdown, giving the Cougars a 7-6 lead.
In the second quarter, Nevis takes a big lead when Huckbody takes the quick snap and sneaks in for the score, and the extra point put them up 24-7, and they win 38-35, ending the Cougar's bid of a fifth straight section 6 championship.
