Busy day of Minnesota section championships at the Fargodome.
The first game featured the top two seeds in nine-man section 8: Stephen-Argyle against Goodridge-Grygla.
Stephen-Argyle pulled out the trick play early. In the first quarter, Storm full back Daniel Haugen took the pitch then threw deep downfield to Donley Gryskiewicz for a nice catch and score. They start up 7-0.
Then in the second the Chargers were on the one, and quarterback Daniel Polansky keeps it to for the touchdown. The Chargers were up 14-10.
Polansky had a great game, carrying in another one for the Chargers, and they go on to win 26-23.
Second-seeded Goodridge-Grygla heads to state.
