"Fill the Dome" Launches with Community Event

Posted: Updated:

It's a first-of-its-kind event for the annual blockbuster Fill the Dome campaign!  The student-run group held its first-ever Fill the Dome Community Launch Event today. Students educated the community about the problem of hunger and detailed this year's Fill the Dome goals and events.

Since 2007, Fill the Dome has filled the Fargodome five times, bringing in more than 400 tons of food (That's over 800,000 pounds!) and $300,000 to support local food pantries.
