Snowy Night Proves To Be Dangerous For Drivers

Posted: Updated:

The roads in the southern and western parts of the Valley were snowy, slushy and icy. All together, the North Dakota Highway Patrol says they helped between 40 and 50 cars that slid into the ditch between 7PM last night and noon today. There were also six crashes. This includes a stretch of I94 from Fargo to Jamestown, and I29 from the South Dakota border to Hillsboro. The bridge on 12th Avenue in North Fargo was also closed temporarily last night for a six car pile up. Law enforcement says no one was hurt last night traveling through the snow.
