GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - The new chief of the University of North Dakota police force is being formally sworn in. A ceremony for Eric Plummer was scheduled Wednesday. He takes over for the retired Duane Czapiewski. Plummer most recently was the police chief at Southern Arkansas University.
