Posted: Updated:

A squirrel caused quite the scene this morning in Moorhead. The little guy put over a thousand people out of power. Moorhead Public Service says just after 8 this morning, a squirrel got in a power line. He ended up knocking out power from 1st Avenue North, all the way up to the Country Club area. This extended from the Red River all the way to 14th Street. 13-hundred people were without power for about 45 minutes.
