Update

We now know the name of a man killed this weekend in a crash in Otter Tail County.  Authorities say Ronald Fenno, 55, of Battle, Minnesota swerved to avoid hitting a deer on the south end of Otter Tail Lake.

His 1987 Chevreolet Corvette rolled and he was pinned underneath. Authorities say he died at the crash scene.

Original Story

One person is dead after apparently swerving to miss a deer and rolling a car. It happened Saturday, just after 7 PM. The Minnesota Highway Patrols says a car was on Highway 78 near the south end of Otter Tail Lake in Otter Tail County.

When the driver swerved, the car skidded, went in the ditch and rolled. The driver was pinned under the car and died at the scene. The person's name will be released on Sunday.
