In tonight's HealthierMe, the numbers of fungal meningitis cases Minnesota has grown to five. The outbreak is linked to tainted steroids. In response, the CDC has activated a "war room," an emergency operations center where employees work the phones talking to health professionals, doctors, and patients who may have been exposed. So far more than 200 people have fallen ill in 15 states. 15 people have died. Health officials say more than 800 Minnesotans may have been exposed to the tainted steroids when they received spinal injections at Twin Cities pain clinics.
